These Easy and Healthy Quarantine Recipes only require a few ingredients (many of which you probably already have in your pantry) and are easy to make. Use these options for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and even snacks.
With all of the confusing and uncertain things going on in the world, we still need to eat. 😉 At times it might be hard to find specific ingredients or popular meats (like chicken or beef) but our stores have been restocking daily. Also, our local butcher has done a great job at keeping the community updated via their Facebook page about which meats they are getting in, what the limits are, and what to expect for the coming days. So if you have a butcher in your community, reach out to them to see if they are able to get meat for you instead of your typical grocery store.
To be honest with you, Scott and I already spent a lot of time at home, cook our own food, and keep our recipes simple. This time has been a mental challenge thinking about our friends/family/neighbors getting sick, jobs, keeping elderly family members safe, and just really living in a state of confusion but our meals haven’t really changed that much from normal.
We wanted to share with you some of the recipes we’ve had on repeat over the last week and also the ones that our neighbors, friends, and readers have been making.
