A common question we get is, “What are some good snacks to keep around?”. This list includes our favorite clean eating snacks that are easy, healthy, and affordable. Pay attention to the recommended serving size on the snack that you choose as some of these (hello, pistachios!) are very easy to overeat. 🙂
CLEAN EATING SNACKS
- Nuts: Almonds, Walnuts, Pistachios
- Fruit: Blueberries, Oranges, Strawberries, Grapefruit, Kiwi

- Celery + Peanut Butter
- Brown Rice Cakes + Peanut Butter
- Bell Pepper Slices
- Protein Smoothies/Shakes
- Protein Bars/Energy Bites

- Edamame
- Greek Yogurt + Granola
- Cottage Cheese + Fruit
- Cucumbers + ACV
