This easy Crockpot Buffalo Chicken recipe is going to become a favorite easy meal that satisfies everyone at the dinner table.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup organic chicken stock
- 1 1/2 cups Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
- 1 TBSP minced garlic
- 2 TBSP BBQ sauce (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)
Instructions
CROCKPOT:
- Add all ingredients except Frank’s to your slow cooker. Cover chicken with Frank’s (JUST enough to cover, approximately 1 1/2 cups).
- Cook on low heat for 7 hours
- Once cooked, drain most of the liquid and drizzle with more Frank’s if needed
INSTANT POT:
- Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot
- Press the “poultry” button
- Once finished, allow to naturally release
- Drizzle with more Frank’s or BBQ sauce if desired

I don’t have a Poultry button on my instant pot. How much time should I set it for?

Hi Hadley, If you are using 2 lbs of chicken I would try high pressure for 12 minutes and then allow it to naturally release. I hope this helps.
