These Snickerdoodle Protein Bites are soft, chewy, and full of flavor. Best of all, they only take 5 minutes to make!
SNICKERDOODLE PROTEIN BITES
These protein bites taste exactly like a real cookie which makes them my new favorite protein recipe, which I didn’t think could happen since our s’mores protein bar recipe.
These bites only take about 5 minutes to put together (don’t forget to soak your dates though!) and are soft, chewy, and full of that buttery, sugary, and cinnamon flavor. All you need is a blender. No baking, fewer dishes, and a whole lot of protein yumminess!
BENEFITS TO USING DATES
Dates are one of the best alternatives to sugar, in our humble opinion. 😉 They are great in recipes like this because of the texture they give protein bites. To go along with the sweetness you are looking for you also benefit from their fiber, potassium, and magnesium.
