  1. The Red beans and rice was good, but super spicy. My husband and I both get really bad heartburn. Too much Cayenne pepper.

    1. You know that you get heartburn and you know how much spice you can take. That's your fault, not the recipes fault. USE COMMON SENSE!!!

  2. I know this sounds silly buy how long should it take to eat your meal. I eat at 6,9,12,3,6 and 9. I feel I am eating all day (crunching). I cant seem to finish one meal before I have to start another. I am trying to be more on time but sometimes i have meetings and I try to take something (veggies) with me so I eat on time but when i get out of the meeting I try to eat then before i know it it is already noon and on to more food. please advise...Thank you..

  4. Do you guys have a recipe for spaghetti sauce? I have one that's clean, but it's only "okay". My Italian friends make some awesome sauce but it's not-so clean and healthy. HELP! Thz... Heather
