It’s a busy time of year but you will thank yourself for making time for food prep! Staying on track over the holidays is much easier when you are prepared. The key is to celebrate ON the holidays not every single day from Thanksgiving to New Years Day. Your food prep doesn’t have to be this big – start small if you need to!
