A slow cooker is perfect for when you want to make your meals overnight or while you are at work. We have a whole section of slow cooker meal recipes on “The Recipes” page.
An indoor grill is perfect for times when it is too cold outside or you just don’t feel like using your big grill! We use it for our Zesty Grilled Chicken.
I will admit, at first I thought that a rice cooker was a huge waste of money. However, I got so sick of the rice either being undercooked, overcooked or just stuck to the bottom of the pan! I finally purchased a rice cooker & it comes out perfect everytime! A bonus is that most rice cookers also double as food steamers! I steam our zucchini, squash, and asparagus.
Until you get used to eating the correct portions, you need to weigh your food. Don’t just think that you can “eyeball” how much you need. You will end up either overeating or undereating! Buying a digital food scale will be one of the best purchases for your clean eating lifestyle!
Now that you have prepped all that food you need some good, sturdy containers to store it in! I love this set because it has the locking lids!
