- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 3/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
These are delicious on Ezekiel buns or Ezekiel English muffins. You can also cut up the turkey patty to top off your salad with some protein.
