Wow! I can’t believe January is almost over and the Super Bowl is this weekend! Are you ready? We wanted to share one of our Super Bowl favorites with you. Essentially, this is a puree, but you can process it more or less depending on its function – it can be a dip, an appetizer, an ingredient or even a side dish!Print
- 2 cans organic, low sodium black beans, rinsed
- 2/3 cup diced sweet yellow onion
- 1/2 cup 2% plain greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 TBSP olive oil
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse to desired consistency – it’s that easy!
