Need a dip that’s guilt-less and under 100 calories per serving? Try this simple and quick black bean puree and dip!

Wow! I can’t believe January is almost over and the Super Bowl is this weekend! Are you ready? We wanted to share one of our Super Bowl favorites with you. Essentially, this is a puree, but you can process it more or less depending on its function – it can be a dip, an appetizer, an ingredient or even a side dish!

Black Bean Puree and Dip

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans organic, low sodium black beans, rinsed
  • 2/3 cup diced sweet yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup 2% plain greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 TBSP olive oil
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse to desired consistency – it’s that easy!

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Cook Time: 5 minutes
