- 2 cans organic, low sodium black beans, rinsed
- 2/3 cup diced sweet yellow onion
- 1/2 cup 2% plain greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 TBSP olive oil
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
