Gluten Free Power Granola
- Total Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients

- 3 cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Organic Quinoa, uncooked
- 2 Tbsp Organic Flax Seed
- 3 Tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/3 cup Coconut Oil, melted
- 1/3 cup Coconut Nectar & Pure Maple Syrup Mix
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract (avoid HFCS)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- Line baking sheet or pan with wax or parchment paper
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredient mixture and combine
- Spoon out mixture onto a lined baking sheet
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. Stir granola and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 40 minutes
