Gluten Free Power Granola

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Organic Quinoa, uncooked
  • 2 Tbsp Organic Flax Seed
  • 3 Tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Oil, melted
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Nectar & Pure Maple Syrup Mix
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract (avoid HFCS)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. Line baking sheet or pan with wax or parchment paper
  3. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredient mixture and combine
  5. Spoon out mixture onto a lined baking sheet
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Stir granola and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Cook Time: 40 minutes
