Calves are kind of like a fine wine – they take time to age and mature. You don’t grow your calves overnight – it takes constant attention to the often neglected muscles to get that toned, beautiful look you dream of. Think high heels (or high tops for men)!

This month’s challenge is simple – here it is!

The Curvaceous Calves 1-Month Challenge

Week 1:

  • 20 forward calf raises
  • 20 outward calf raises
  • 20 inward calf raises

Week 2:

  • 40 forward calf raises
  • 40 outward calf raises
  • 40 inward calf raises

Week 3:

  • 70 forward calf raises
  • 70 outward calf raises
  • 70 inward calf raises

Week 4:

  • 100 forward calf raises
  • 100 outward calf raises
  • 100 inward calf raises
