HOTEL ROOM WORKOUT
COMPLETE 15-20 REPS OF EACH EXERCISE:
- Lunges
- Push-Ups
- Wide Stance Squats
- Triceps Dips
- Narrow Stance Squats
- Planks (regular and side – hold each plank for 30 seconds)
COMPLETE CIRCUIT 3-4 TIMES
