Fall Inspired Outdoor Workout
The gym that I go to is located in a strip shopping center with the perfect parking lot setup for outdoor cardio! It has inspired me numerous times over the last few weeks to take my cardio outside after my workouts! If you don’t have access to a hill for this just do regular sprints.

Perform each exercise for one minute. Repeat circuit four times. Rest one minute between circuits.
