I did this workout the other day when I couldn’t get to the gym, and I have to warn you – it’s intense! The title might be Gobble ‘Til You Wobble, but we aren’t talking about Thanksgiving turkey and a feast. Go ahead – get your workout “gobble” on and you will for sure feel like you want to “wobble” after this one! No excuses either – this one can easily be done at home and requires NO equipment!

Warm-Up
- 5 minute light jog
Workout
- 30 alternating walking lunges
- 10 jump squats
- 15 burpees
- 30 plie squats
- 1-minute sprint
- 25 squats
- 20 push-ups
- 20 calves raises
- 30 alternating walking lunges
- 1-minute plank
repeat 2 additional times
Cool Down
- 5-minute relaxing walk
