Ingredients

- 4 Wild Caught Mahi Mahi fillets (we buy ours from Costco)
- 1/2 cup Almond Meal
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place mahi mahi fillets into a pyrex dish & drizzle with melted coconut oil
- Mix almond meal, thyme, black pepper, & sea salt & sprinkle mixture over mahi mahi fillets
- Squeeze lemon juice on fillets
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until fish is fully cooked
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 25 minutes
