Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Wild Caught Mahi Mahi fillets (we buy ours from Costco)
  • 1/2 cup Almond Meal
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Place mahi mahi fillets into a pyrex dish & drizzle with melted coconut oil
  3. Mix almond meal, thyme, black pepper, & sea salt & sprinkle mixture over mahi mahi fillets
  4. Squeeze lemon juice on fillets
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until fish is fully cooked
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Cook Time: 25 minutes
