I can't remember a time when we did a workout challenge JUST for the She Sweats EXTREME 4-Week Shred but that time is now! Our lives have been insane this past year (yes, I'm talking about since last June...not just 2017!) and we are just now getting back into a routine. We had some very stressful months last year (more like 6 months) with some personal things and my aunt passing away the day before Thanksgiving. This year has been stressful with the selling of our house, a huge life decision that had to be made (like moving to Montana or not!), living with family, and finally moving into our own home again. We've been working out when we can but our lives are incredibly busy!

To be honest with you, I had almost forgotten about the She Sweats Extreme 4-Week Shred workout plan that we had until I received an email from someone about how much they loved it! I have been doing the She Sweats 12-Week Run Builder, which I love but I just have this urge to do some high-intensity exercise for awhile. I love that the Shred is only four weeks too.

I would love for you to join me as I take on this challenge! Please keep in mind that this is a more advanced workout, preferably done after completing the She Sweats 12-Week Transformation or the She Sweats 12-Week Run Builder. It is focused on strength training and HIIT in a circuit-based workout. The four weeks are structured to optimally shed fat but also retain muscle. 

NOTE: This is NOT a beginner program and is NOT meant to be completed year-round. If you are a beginner this is a great time for you to get started with another one of our workout plans and you can still follow along with the challenge!

  • Purchase either the gym or home versions of the She Sweats EXTREME 4-Week Shred (it's only $15!). We HIGHLY recommend the home and gym bundle ($25) if you plan on traveling throughout the summer. The home plan is more suitable for hotel/condo gyms so you won't have an excuse to skip the gym! UPDATE: Everyone who enters the challenge will be sent both versions for the same price (the second version will come at a separate time). Choose the one you think you will use the most and be prepared to receive the other one soon!
  • Before pictures must be taken by June 23, 2017. After pictures must be submitted by July 31, 2017. Photos should include a clear front, side, and rear shot. Please time-stamp these photos or use a newspaper to verify the date.
    • Yes, this is longer than four weeks but I wanted the people who can't start until June 15 to be able to get the full four weeks in or if you miss a week you can jump right back in and still complete the challenge! If you want to get started right now, go ahead!
    • You will keep your before and after pictures and submit them together at the end.
