Looking for an at-home workout that will leave you sweating and can be done without any equipment? Try this Work It Out – Full Body Workout!

This workout is GOOD! You can do it at home (or the gym!) and no equipment is needed!

For the cardio burst, you can choose any of the following (I usually like to mix them up and do a new one each time). See this post for cardio burst explanations.
