This grapefruit recipe is delicious – even if you don’t care for the taste of grapefruit (talking about myself here!). The cinnamon baked into the grapefruit makes it sweet but you could even sprinkle with a little stevia and sea salt to make it even more irresistible. This is a great addition to your breakfast meal or as a snack.

Simple Baked Cinnamon Grapefruit

Ingredients

  • Grapefruit
  • Cinnamon, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Cut grapefruit in half & place on a baking sheet, center up
  3. Sprinkle cinnamonĀ on the tops of both pieces
  4. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-15 minutes
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Cook Time: 10 minutes
