Hi, this is amazing. What is the numbers in bracket before some plans but for some particular days? Like for day 3 . It says (2) 1 min std plank? Do i need to do 1min plank twice a day? Tnx

Hello, You are correct! You will do two one-minute standard planks throughout the day or do both at one time. We have some more current plank challenges too that I will link to below.
