I know, I know, you are tired by the time you get off work and commute back home but if you don’t have time to workout in the mornings or during your lunch break you still need to MAKE time to exercise! I go to the gym after work every day. I work 8+ hour days and spend about 2 hours in the car commuting so I have gotten my routine down to a science so that I do not waste any time!
Here are a few tips that may help you save time and stick to your after-work workout routine!

TIPS FOR FITTING IN YOUR WORKOUT AFTER WORK
Pack your gym bag
Pack your gym bag the night before AND put it in your car
Pack a snack
Pack a snack to eat before your workout, for example, a small piece of fruit
Don’t waste time
Go to the gym right after work without going home first. If you go home first you might be tempted to stay there and skip your workout.
Find a workout buddy
If you are the type of person who needs someone to hold you accountable. Find a workout and/or accountability buddy. If you can’t find someone to actually go to the gym with you see if your friends will hold you accountable via text!
Find a workout plan
Find a workout plan that you enjoy and one that also challenges you. There’s nothing worse than going into the gym and not having a clue about what you are going to do! Sign up for evening classes
Does your gym offer evening classes? Sign up for a few and treat it like a doctor’s appointment – don’t cancel!
