- 1/2 cup No Sugar Added Applesauce
- 1/3 cup Sucanat sugar OR Ideal Brown No Calorie Sweetener
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with Parchment Paper (this is different than wax paper!)
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl using a spoon.
- Spoon mixture onto the lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
