Anti-Bloat Smoothie


This Anti-Bloat Smoothie will help you re-hydrate and flush out excess water weight.


  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled
  • 1/2 green apple, cored
  • 1/2 banana, peeled
