Salt & Vinegar Sweet Potato Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Slice sweet potatoes to whatever thickness you prefer.
  3. Place sweet potato chips on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and apple cider vinegar over chips. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Take out and flip potatoes and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
