You can never have too many sweet potato recipes! Ditch the Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips and make these instead!Print
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Slice sweet potatoes to whatever thickness you prefer.
- Place sweet potato chips on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Drizzle olive oil and apple cider vinegar over chips. Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Take out and flip potatoes and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
