TEXAS-STYLE SWEET POTATO FRIES
I never thought anything would beat our Roasted Sweet Potato Fries that we are absolutely obsessed with but these actually take the number one spot.
We’ve had friends over, who are from Texas, and they loved the flavor of these fries too. They are the ones who helped us come up with the name. 😉
The combination of the Brisket seasoning and macadamia nut oil is delicious. The brisket seasoning gives a sweet, peppery, and slightly spicy taste. We cut ours using a vegetable cutter similar to this one but have also cut them with a knife. They tend to cook more evenly when cut with the vegetable cutter.
