Description

This Honey Sweetened Gummy Candy Clean Eating Recipe is going to become a family favorite. Just a few simple ingredients and steps for a healthier treat!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice (approximately 810 limes)
  • 2 TBSP Local Raw Honey
  • 1.5 TBSP Agar Powder
  • 1/4 cup Stevia in the Raw (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine lime juice, local honey and agar powder in a small saucepan. Whisk to combine on low heat.
  2. Once combined, remove from heat (this should only take a minute or two)
  3. Pour in a square baking pan and place in the refrigerator for approximately 2 hours
  4. Remove gummies from pan and slice into 1″x1″ cubes
  5. Roll cubes in stevia for added sweetness

Notes

Alternate Method (for harder gummies)

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Pure Fruit Juice (we loved using Tart Cherry)
  • 1-2 TBSP Local Raw Honey
  • 3/4 TBSP Agar Powder
  • Stevia in the Raw (as needed, optional)

Directions:

  • Combine fruit juice, honey, and agar powder in a small saucepan. Whisk to combine on low heat.
  • Once combined, remove from heat (this should only take a minute or two)
  • Place into candy molds and into the refrigerator until hardened
