This Honey Sweetened Gummy Candy Clean Eating Recipe is going to become a family favorite. Just a few simple ingredients and steps for a healthier treat!
Ingredients

- 3/4 cup Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice (approximately 8–10 limes)
- 2 TBSP Local Raw Honey
- 1.5 TBSP Agar Powder
- 1/4 cup Stevia in the Raw (optional)
Instructions
- Combine lime juice, local honey and agar powder in a small saucepan. Whisk to combine on low heat.
- Once combined, remove from heat (this should only take a minute or two)
- Pour in a square baking pan and place in the refrigerator for approximately 2 hours
- Remove gummies from pan and slice into 1″x1″ cubes
- Roll cubes in stevia for added sweetness

Alternate Method (for harder gummies)
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Pure Fruit Juice (we loved using Tart Cherry)
- 1-2 TBSP Local Raw Honey
- 3/4 TBSP Agar Powder
- Stevia in the Raw (as needed, optional)
Directions:
- Combine fruit juice, honey, and agar powder in a small saucepan. Whisk to combine on low heat.
- Once combined, remove from heat (this should only take a minute or two)
- Place into candy molds and into the refrigerator until hardened
