Wow! The response to our Sunday Shred HIIT Cardio Routines has been fabulous! Many of you have asked for different routines (which I am hoping to get to every other Sunday!), as well as another treadmill routine. Well, here’s that treadmill routine. It’s just you and your treadmill this time! Make sure you have a watch that counts the seconds or a gym boss interval timer, as you will be turning the power off on your treadmill and will lose the functionality of the time feature.
