Ingredients
Scale
- 1 BPA-free can of organic chickpeas drained and drained
- 1 large clove of garlic
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process for approximately 45-60 seconds.
Notes
If you would like the dip to be less chunky, simply add more olive oil. It will change the fat/calories for the dip.
