Time for another quick and easy dessert or side dish idea! This can be made in 3 minutes or less and really satisfies a sweet tooth!

Sautéed Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients

  • Organic Apple(s)
  • Coconut Oil (to coat the pan)
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the apple into the desired size
  2. Lightly coat pan with coconut oil, just enough to cover (less than 1/2 tsp)
  3. Heat coconut oil in a pan, once hot add apples
  4. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and stir until desired texture is reached
