Protein Packed Peach Mango Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Peach
  • 2/3 cup Egg Whites

Optional Ingredients:

  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • Dash of Nutmeg
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop mango into small cubes (remove from skin)
  2. Wash and chop peach into small cubes (we kept the skin on)
  3. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
