These Peloton Thanksgiving Themed Classes will get your gratitude week started off right. You can choose from turkey burn rides, turkey trots, and gratitude meditations. Take one or all of the classes!
PELOTON THANKSGIVING GRATITUDE CLASSES
It’s always nice to switch things up from what our normal workouts consist of and it’s never a bad idea to take classes centered around gratitude.
Peloton has a section called Gratitude Week with classes to choose from but we noticed that not all of the Thanksgiving-themed workouts were listed so we went through all the classes (yikes!) and I think we found them all! 🙂
Normally we follow our own workout plans and use the Peloton as our form of cardio or take one of the strength classes as an addition or instead of what is listed on the workout for that day. Feel free to fit these listed classes into your workout plan as you see fit but always remember to take at least one full day off per week. My goal is to do all of these meditation classes because I could definitely benefit from them as hard as this year has been for me.
Sometimes it’s hard to find classes so we suggest sorting by the instructor and then looking at the date to find the class you want to take.
If you want to know as soon as a new Peloton post is released sign up for our email updates! *You do not have to have a Peloton branded bike to do the Peloton workouts. You can use another bike, treadmill, etc., and still stream the Peloton App workouts.
