PELOTON 5-MINUTE LEG WORKOUTS
You might be thinking, why would anyone do a 5-minute workout?! Well, any workout is better than no workout AND these are great to add to the end of your own weight training workout. As the instructors mention, it’s also a good idea to do them before you hop on the bike so that you can really fire up your legs.
From what I can remember these are all bodyweight only, no weights required but you could certainly add weights to up the burn!
Remember, you do not need a Peloton bike to take Peloton classes! All you need is the Peloton app.
It’s impossible to know just by looking at the class on the app what the actual exercises are so we’ve listed them below. Keep in mind that I could have heard or written something down incorrectly or out of order but this should give you a good idea of what to expect.
