Peloton 5-Minute Arm Workouts

If you are short on time do one of these Peloton 5-Minute Arm Workouts. They are perfect to add to the end of your own strength training workout!

PELOTON 5-MINUTE ARM WORKOUTS

Since we have the Peloton App I want to make use of all that is offered but I also do not want to only do Peloton workouts. So I add these 5-minute workouts onto the end of my own workouts from our workout plans (currently doing the 12-Week Transformation). I do not like ONLY doing these workouts since they use light weights but they are the perfect finisher.

I like to list out what is in each class because you cannot see the actual exercises on the app. If I’m doing a chest and triceps workout, I want to know which 5-minute class focuses mainly on chest and triceps also. I’ve written down the following workouts for myself and wanted to share them with you as well. They are listed by date (newest first).

Remember, you do not need a Peloton bike to take Peloton classes! All you need is the Peloton app. I could have heard or written something down incorrectly or out of order but this should give you a good idea of what to expect. I also had to make up some names for some of the moves since many are not “traditional” exercises.

5 MIN ARMS TONING

  • Wide Row
  • Narrow Row
  • Single Arm Wide Row
  • Single Arm Narrow Row
  • Bicep Curls (quick)

  • Bicep Curls
  • Shoulder Press (palms in)
  • Shoulders: Open & Close
  • Shoulders Press Pulses
  • Weighted Punches

  • Tricep Kickbacks to Reverse Flyes
  • Arm Circles

*This class is listed under 5 minutes > Upper Body (not Arms & Light Weights)

You will use medium dumbbells (not light weights) in this class that focuses on shoulders.
