Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups steel cut oats
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 TBSP coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 cups liquid (unsweetened almond milk or water)
- 1 cup whole pecans, pecan halves, or pecan pieces
Instructions
- Spray crockpot with coconut oil spray to prevent sticking
- If you didn’t buy pecan pieces, crush up whole pecans if desired
- Add all ingredients to the crockpot and stir
- Cook on low for 7 hours
- Once cooked, stir until combined
Notes
If you feel like your oats are still not sweet enough with the maple syrup and coconut sugar, add stevia as necessary
