What are granola bites you ask? Well, these are little balls of deliciousness! Imagine chunks of granola mixed with peanut butter a little bit of honey – because that’s exactly what they are! They are simple to make and easy to devour. 🙂

We’re always on the hunt for delicious, easy to make snacks and this one fits the bill. We went on our weekly (sometimes bi-weekly!) Publix shopping trip and picked up a bag of Back to Nature Chocolate Delight Granola, natural peanut butter, and honey.

We chose Back to Nature granola because of their ingredients (or lack thereof!). The Chocolate Delight Granola is gluten-free, contains no hydrogenated oils, and no high fructose corn syrup. Back to Nature has also achieved non-GMO Project Verification on over 90% of their products.

Back to Nature offers 9 different varieties of granolas featuring whole grain oats, fiber, and protein. Not only do they offer many different granolas but also cookies, crackers, nuts, and trail mix made with simple and delicious ingredients.

We love the granola plain but wanted to jazz it up a bit and make these peanut butter granola bites. These are the perfect pre or post workout snack and a great snack for kids! Plus, they are perfect to keep in the freezer for when you feel like you need something sweet! You don’t even need to allow these to thaw before eating, they are delicious straight from the freezer.
