- 1 scoop Sierra Fit Vanilla Whey Protein Complete
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 orange, peeled
- ½ avocado (approximately 40 grams), frozen squash/zucchini, or ice cubes
- ½ tsp pure vanilla flavoring
- Stevia extract
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined (approximately 1 minute)
Adding avocado, frozen squash, and zucchini, or ice cubes will make this a creamy consistency, but it is not a required ingredient.
