Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Premier Protein’s whey powder, vanilla milkshake
  • 1 Tbsp organic raisins
  • 1 Tbsp quick oats
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup or sweetener of your choice (honey or stevia would also work!)
  • 1/3 cup (equivalent to two egg whites) pasteurized liquid egg whites
  • 11.5 cup(s) unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached. Blending this may take longer than normal due to the raisins.
