MINT CHOCOLATE ANTIOXIDANT SMOOTHIE
We love tea and drink a lot of it! Black tea, green tea, peppermint tea, and the list goes on and on. There are so many different flavors of tea and each flavor provides so many benefits. This one features peppermint tea!
BENEFITS OF PEPPERMINT TEA
Peppermint tea is one of our favorites because it’s great for hair, skin, and nails (which everyone has!). Easing nausea symptoms, allergies, and digestive issues are more great benefits of peppermint tea. A few of my friends drank peppermint tea while they were pregnant to help ease some of the symptoms. But don’t worry, even if you aren’t pregnant you can still benefit!
Along with the peppermint tea, another bonus to this smoothie is the antioxidants you get from the cacao powder! You can’t go wrong!
BENEFITS OF RAW CACAO POWDER
Cacao beans processed at low temperatures create Raw Cacao Powder. The processing at low temperatures helps retain more of the bean’s nutritional value. It promotes healthy skin, contains high amounts of antioxidants, and mood-enhancing benefits. It’s also great for weight loss and a healthy heart.
