Want to get in a little sweat session this weekend? Try this circuit workout! You can repeat 2-4 times, depending on your fitness level.

Memorial Day Circuit Workout

  • Jumping Jacks – 30 seconds
  • 10 Step Ups (each leg)
  • 10 Push-Ups
  • Jumping Jacks – 30 seconds
  • 20 Squats
  • 20 Reverse Crunches
  • Jumping Jacks – 30 seconds
