- 2 lbs Brussels Sprouts
- 1 cup Fresh Cranberries
- 3 Tbsp Now Foods Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Now Foods Organic Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Rinse brussels sprouts and cut in half or quarters
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a large bowl, toss washed and cut brussels sprouts with everything except for the maple syrup
- Bake for 25 minutes
- Remove and stir brussels sprouts, add maple syrup
- Bake for another 10-15 minutes
