The response to our How to Order a Cake from Costco post has been so awesome and obviously, it was helpful to so many people that I was inspired tonight on our trip to Costco to share another how-to with you! This one is how to order a party platter from Costco.

These platters are great for wedding or baby showers or even when you are hosting a crowd for the big game! I’m tempted to order one just to snack on during the week when we don’t have time to cook!

Hi Sandra, We are not associated with Costco so you will have to contact your local store. My local store does have pasta salad, fruit salad, and potato salad but I am in Georgia. Check with your local Costco to make sure they carry what you need and the size that you need. Good luck.

I like the roll ups as well, but I don’t consume them fast enough to justify buying a 12-pack. The question I have is simple: Does Costco make these or do they have them frozen and stored (for defrosting and display on an “as needed” basis)? If they are stored frozen, then it makes sense to buy them frozen and then defrost a couple as desired (rather than an entire package). Any ideas/recommendations?

Thank you so much for the suggestion of faxing in an order! I need to pick up a sandwich tray on my way to a party but that Costco is at least an hour away. Now I don’t have to drive there the day before just to order. TIP: Costco’s phone system is a nightmare, I finally pressed the option for Administrative staff and just let it ring until they picked up. Once answered the rep was really friendly and is faxing me a form to complete and fax back!

Why can’t I order and prepay on the website just like placing a photo order to pick up at local store? I know you are NOT COSTCO (and I laughed at the comments)but I’m just throwing the question out there…
P.S. I think the person who wanted the apron done by a certain date fits right in with the other commenters. Who are we to say she is on the wrong website! And the person who said “you need to fix your website” was hilarious.

I understand that you may not be Costco, but if you could go ahead and either turn your website into a Costco or place the order for me that would be great. I am too lazy to read the actual content or contact Costco myself. Also, please have it delivered tomorrow and include lots of plates and napkins. And one of those robotic vacuum cleaners as well. I wasn’t planning to get one of those but that’s what would likely happen if I went into an actual store, so might as well.
