These health and fitness items are something that the beginner or an expert would love to receive. We also have gift ideas listed for every budget!

Or if YOU are the health and fitness lover, add some of these to your list.

GIFT IDEAS FOR THE HEALTH & FITNESS LOVER

Things like workout clothes, shoes, and accessories are great gift ideas but let’s think outside the box a little and consider one of the following.

WORKOUT PLAN

Shameless plug here for our workout plans! We do think they are the best 😉 and have had several people order them as gifts.

We have detailed 4, 6 and 12-week She Sweats Workout plans! We guide the workout each day, telling exactly what to do and what intensity to work at. Find out more!

FOAM ROLLER

Any and every active person needs a foam roller. It’s perfect to use to roll out sore muscles.

HYDRO FLASK

Staying hydrated is a top priority while working out. Bottles like this Hydro Flask keeps water cold and last for years!

GARMIN FORERUNNER GPS WATCH

This watch is not only stylish but also functional. The Garmin Forerunner measures running dynamics, heart rate, and gives you the ability to track your runs.

WIRELESS EARBUDS

Wireless earbuds are at the top of my mind right now because my previous pair just quit working. Using corded headphones until my new ones came in was torture at the gym! I dropped my phone constantly, ripped the earphones out by accident, and was just generally annoyed. Wireless earbuds are the best things ever made for active individuals.

INDOOR BIKE TRAINER

Have a biker in your life? We have one of these indoor bike trainers and love it! You can bike from the comfort of your own home in front of the TV. It’s perfect for cold and/or rainy days.

VITAMIX

A Vitamix is needed in every health and fitness lover’s kitchen! I was just speaking with a friend about our Vitamix. We’ve had it for almost 8 years now. We use it for shakes, smoothies, and juice!

YOGA MAT

This one is pretty self-explanatory, a yoga mat! Everyone needs a good yoga mat.

WEIGHT SET WITH STAND

My favorites: weights! This one is a budget-friendly option that includes 20 pounds of weights (2 – 5 pounds, 2 – 3 pounds, 2 – 2 pounds). Perfect for the small home workout space!

ADJUSTABLE DUMBBELLS

If you have the budget, these adjustable dumbbells are a great option for home workout spaces because they don’t take up much room. Each dumbbell adjusts from 5 to 52.5 pounds.

RESISTANCE BAND SET

Resistance band sets are great for traveling for at-home use. They don’t take up much room but provide a great workout! We even include resistance band exercises in the at-home version of our workout plans.

LIFTING GLOVES

Help prevent calluses and blisters while lifting by using lifting gloves. This is a great low-cost gift or even a stocking stuffer!
