THE SNOW DAY SHUFFLE AT-HOME HIIT ROUTINE
- 1 minute Cross Country Skiing
- 1 minute Tuck Jumps
- 30 second Rest
- 1 minute Plie Squat Jumps (watch the following video on how to do a Plie squat)
- 1 minute Jump Rope
- 1 minute Switch Jumps
- 45 second Rest
- 1 minute Burpees
- 1 minute Mountain Climbers
- 30 second Rest
- Repeat 3-4X
