This DIY Healthy Snack Box includes two breakfast and/or snack ideas that take no time to prepare (other than boiling eggs and cutting up fruit and vegetables!).
DO IT YOURSELF HEALTHY SNACK BOXES
You’ve probably seen snack boxes like these at your local coffee shop or grocery store. Don’t pay triple for something you can easily make at home with little effort! These breakfast/snack boxes provide the nutrients you need to keep you full until your next meal.
These snack boxes can be used as an option for breakfast, a snack, or even lunch. I’ve even been known to eat them for dinner. I will pretty much eat anything any time of day (eggs for dinner, okay! pizza for breakfast, okay!). Don’t limit yourself just because something includes what you would consider traditional breakfast food items.
You could buy all of the ingredients needed to make at least four days’ worth of DIY snack boxes for the price you pay for one that is already made for you. Not only are they less expensive to make yourself but you also know exactly what is in them and aren’t scared away by any ingredients. 😉
These are perfect for those who tend to skip meals because of no time to prepare food. They are simple to assemble and are perfect for adults and kids. You can also travel with these! Take a cooler with you on your road trip or grab these from the fridge on the way to the airport and have a healthy quick meal that is much cheaper than those snacks at the airport!
Customize your box however you see fit! I can’t wait to share more options with you, but for now, here are two of our favorites.

I can’t get the bagels in the UK can you advise what other bread I could use? Ie maybe sourdough bread, wholemeal bagels or rye bread. Thanks.
Kind regards
Marita

Adding a little bit of peanut butter adds also a nice touch.
