Are you still unsure about your Thanksgiving meal? Do all of your Thanksgiving dinner shopping at Costco and prepare the meal yourself or choose their Thanksgiving Meal in Box!

Thanksgiving can be stressful from preparing all the food, having guests over, to just the general hustle and bustle of the season. However, planning your meal while shopping at Costco will ensure you can get everything (or almost everything) you need in one place!

We’ve laid out the different options for Thanksgiving meals from Costco. We’ve also listed ingredients that we purchase at Costco to use in our own Thanksgiving meals (these are healthier options without losing flavor!). Costco also has pre-packed sides available and even a whole Thanksgiving Meal in a Box!

We hope this helps make the start of your holiday season a little less stressful. Speaking of less stressful, we suggest going to Costco as soon as they open in the mornings during busy times like the days around Thanksgiving. 🙂

P.S. Here’s our Top Tips for Staying on Track Over the Holidays!

Please note that this post is not associated with Costco (and neither are we, other than we love to shop there!). Prices, selection, availability, and the process to order may vary depending on location so call your local store to be sure your location has the same procedure and/or products. Costco will be closed on Thanksgiving Day.

This Thanksgiving Meal is currently listed as out of stock but I’m including it in our list because at any time it could be available again (maybe even when you are reading this!). UPDATE: This item is now showing as not available so I’ve removed the link. If it is placed back on their website I will update this post.

Below are options from Costco and also some of our favorite Thanksgiving recipes.

APPETIZERS

  • Mediterranean Tray with Kirkland Signature Organic Hummus $5.29 per pound (this looks amazing!)

  • Fresh Cut Fruit Tray (3 lbs) $9.99

  • Vegetable Platter with Ranch Dressing Dip $9.99

  • Costco also carries party platters like Croissant Sandwich Platters, Chicken and Swiss Rollers, Shrimp Platter, and Meat and Cheese Platters. While I do not think these sound good before eating more meat (ham or turkey), you may be interested in ordering these if your main course isn’t quite as heavy!
    • At our local Costco, most of these party platters and trays are stocked but be sure to double-check with your local store as the demand during the holidays may result in changes in stock. I would recommend ordering your party platter just to ensure you do get it! Here is information on How to Order a Party Platter from Costco.

Now, if you want to have a little fun with your vegetable trays for Thanksgiving you can easily arrange your vegetables to look like a turkey! 🙂 Here’s a step-by-step tutorial on how to create your own Thanksgiving Turkey Vegetable Tray.

Hi Frankie! I am in the process of updating this post for 2020 but from what I can tell on the Costco website their ready-cooked meals are sold out. However, they do have some easy main & side dish options in the store that might work for you.
