CLEAN EATING GROCERY LIST
Are you starting to eat healthy but confused about how to get started, where to shop, or what to buy? We are here to help! This is our Clean Eating Shopping List that includes everything we buy weekly and also the staples that we always have on hand (things like Olive Oil, Nut Butter, etc).
If you want to see this list broken down by the store, we’ve done that for you too! We mainly shop at Publix/Kroger, Costco/Sam’s Club, Amazon, and occasionally stores like Whole Foods and Trader Joes (these stores are about an hour from our house so we aren’t able to shop at them frequently).
