  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • ~ 1 Tbsp oat flour
  • 1/2 cup water or unsweetened almond milk
  • ~ 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp stevia
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Heat pan over medium-high heat
  2. Mix everything together in a small bowl
  3. Spoon onto a warm pan and cook 1-2 minutes on each side (depending on how you like yours, I like them still a little goo-y!)
