Who said salsa has to be wildly spicy and chock full of tomatoes? This sweet and tangy mango avocado salsa is a great way to sneak in healthy fats and add a different taste to your dishes. Bonus: It’s really easy to make too!

This salsa is great plain (by the spoonful!) but it’s also perfect to serve over meats or rice/grain dishes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 TBSP yellow onion, diced
  • juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl, stirring to combine
  2. Refrigerate for approximately 20 minutes to allow juices and flavors to organically mix
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
