As many of you know, food prep is a big part of our weekly routine. We actually enjoy prepping our food as it is a way for us to relax and get prepared for the week ahead. Not a food prep person? That’s okay! When you cook each day just make a little extra for lunch the next day. You just need to find which method works best for you and your family.
